The Mortgage Loan Closer and Funder role is a full-time hybrid position based in Sandy, UT, with some work-from-home flexibility. In this role, you will prepare, review, and verify loan closing documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations. You will coordinate with escrow, title companies, and other parties to ensure timely funding and closing transactions. Additional responsibilities include managing loan files, resolving any closing issues, and adhering to company policies and industry standards.

• Proficiency in preparing, reviewing, and managing loan documents
• Experience with mortgage lending and funding processes
• Familiarity with escrow processes and procedures

• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with various stakeholders
• Proficiency with relevant loan processing software and tools
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in related fields are a plus
