Grand Bank for Savings, FSB is looking for a Fair & Responsible Banking Officer to join their team in Wilmington, DE.

If you have 7+ years of progressive experience in fair banking compliance and fair lending, with at least 3 years in a leadership or officer-level role, this is an opportunity you need to explore!

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and oversee the Bank’s Fair Lending and UDAAP compliance programs across all products and services.
• Provide second-line compliance oversight and identify, assess, and mitigate fair banking risks.
• Oversee fair banking compliance for digital banking, ACH/payments, overdraft programs, and automated decisioning processes.
• Provide Fair Lending and UDAAP oversight for the Bank’s national credit card program, including underwriting, pricing, fees, marketing, servicing, and collections.
• Monitor and test products, customer outcomes, and business practices to identify potential Fair Lending and UDAAP concerns.
• Review automated decisioning models and credit policies for potential fair lending risks.
• Analyze complaints, customer data, and portfolio performance to identify trends, systemic issues, and potential disparate impact.
• Review marketing materials, customer communications, and product changes for regulatory compliance.
• Oversee fair banking compliance for third-party relationships, including fintechs, payment processors, marketing firms, and digital platform providers.
• Advise business leaders on new products and initiatives and recommend corrective actions when compliance risks are identified.
• Develop and deliver fair banking compliance training to employees and business teams.
• Prepare compliance reports for senior leadership and Board committees and assist with regulatory examinations, audits, and remediation efforts.
