Senior Manager, International Commercial FP&A

Role

Financial analyst supporting the International Finance team, reporting to the Senior Director of Finance, International.

Enhancing financial forecasting, performance analytics, and strategic support for the international P&L.

• Ensuring forecast accuracy, developing detailed insights via trend analysis, collaborating with global FP&A and commercial teams to align financial plans, and influencing international business strategies, especially in Asia (including China).
• Leading a small team, managing complex data interpretation, and contributing to budget and strategic planning processes.

• Bachelor's in Finance or Accounting.
• 7-10 years in FP&A or related roles, with strong expertise in financial modeling and data analysis.
• Proficiency in Excel, and familiarity with multidimensional databases like Hyperion or BPC is preferred.

• Focus on international financial planning within a biopharma context, supporting strategic growth in Asia.
• Hybrid work setup in Princeton, NJ, and remote work.
