Transaction Management Ops Analyst, SBL, Account Servicing

• Perform moderately complex transaction processing and reconciliation with medium to large monetary impact
• Review and validate transaction requests and supporting documentation, resolve gaps, and execute transaction processing
• Research and resolve regulatory risk points, data discrepancies, and missing documentation errors
• Respond to client, requestor, and internal partner inquiries regarding account servicing, transaction status, and documentation requirements
• Analyze and resolve moderately complex transactions requiring escalations and exceptions
• Identify risks and opportunities for process improvements
• Understand end-to-end process flows, controls, risks, and upstream/downstream impacts
• Provide operations support for internal business partners and external clients
• Assist in training less experienced team members
• Escalate challenging issues to leadership and refer complex issues to team leads or managers

• Minimum of 2 years of experience executing operational processes following established procedures, service levels, and control requirements
• Minimum of 1 year of experience using multiple systems and applications to complete operational tasks accurately and efficiently
• Experience reviewing operational transactions, financial activity, or client documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established requirements
• Experience managing high-volume workflows and consistently meeting established service level expectations
• Experience researching and resolving operational exceptions, discrepancies, or escalated issues while adhering to established controls and risk management practices
• Experience using Microsoft Excel to analyze data, reconcile information, or support operational reporting using VLOOKUP and pivot tables
• Experience in general accounting and financial reporting principles
• Knowledge of wealth management, retirement, lending, or investment products
• Internal employees working from home may be required to work onsite if selected
• Ability to work first shift in the United States of America, 40 hours per week
