We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Business Analyst (Finance) to work on a full-time basis. Finance experts with strong domain knowledge and analytical skills will collaborate with researchers to improve the performance of AI models. This role allows professionals to apply finance expertise across corporate finance, investment banking, accounting, FP&A, private equity, and consulting without prior AI experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate AI model outputs for finance-related tasks and identify performance gaps
- Develop structured rubrics and assessments for specialized areas such as deal analysis and M&A assessments
- Collaborate with AI researchers and finance experts to design training methods and evaluation strategies
- Provide detailed feedback on model outputs to refine AI system accuracy
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, FP&A, accounting, or financial consulting
- Strong understanding of financial concepts including corporate finance, investment analysis, asset management, and risk management
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Experience with on-job training or relevant certifications considered equivalent
