Summary: The Bankruptcy Specialist is responsible for drafting, reviewing and formatting legal pleadings, transaction histories and related court documents in support of Bankruptcy processes. This role requires strong legal writing skills, attention to detail, data validation and reconciliation, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Review and analyze financial documents/screen prints
• Enter relevant loan transaction data into case management system to identify delinquencies
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies and transaction exceptions .
• Ensure compliance with lender policies, banking regulations, and governance standards.
• Draft Bankruptcy Pleadings including but not limited to Motions for Relief and Proof Claims.
• May perform other duties as assigned to support department goals.
• May occasionally work extended hours based on operational needs.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent;
  Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in financial services, banking, and/or data analysis is preferred.

Work Schedule:

The work week is typically Monday through Friday, with business hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Employees are required to be onsite 2-3 days per week following a 90-day training period and upon management approval.

Salary Range:

The salary for this position typically ranges from $36,000 to $50,000 depending on qualifications, experience, and other factors. Please note that the final offer may differ based on the candidate's specific qualifications, skills, and experience, as well as internal equity and business needs.
