Tax Manager, Physician Tax (Fully Remote)

We're the fastest-growing tax firm in the physician space, and we're hiring Tax Managers to lead client pods. If you've spent years doing great work for high-income clients and want a role where planning matters as much as compliance, this is that role.

Most tax manager roles bury you in prep. Here, you don't prep. A dedicated Tax Senior prepares every return in your pod, and your job is review, planning, and client strategy. You develop that senior into our next Tax Manager.

The client base makes the work interesting. Every client is a high-income physician household, so you're not grinding through simple W-2 returns. You're doing S-corp optimization, retirement plan design, real estate and depreciation strategy, multi-state work, and practice ownership planning. Year-round, not just in season.

And it's fully remote. Work from anywhere in the US.

You'll run your own pod of physician clients, covering both their business and personal returns. You'll be the final reviewer on everything that goes out, you'll lead the planning work throughout the year, and you'll mentor your Tax Senior. During filing season the volume is real. We're upfront about that, and we've built the pod structure specifically so managers review and lead rather than drown in prep.

• CPA or EA
• 5+ years in tax prep and planning, ideally with high-income individuals and business owners
• Planning experience, not just prep. You've helped clients make decisions, not just filed what happened.
• Review or management experience is a big plus
