- 5-8 years of FP&A or Strategic Finance experience, preferably within high-growth SaaS companies
- Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end planning processes and frameworks
- Expertise in financial modeling, SaaS unit economics, driver-based forecasting, and scenario analysis
- Strong SQL skills, working knowledge of BI tools, FP&A platforms, and ERP systems
- Excellent communication skills with ability to craft clear financial narratives for executive audiences
- Proven ability to influence decision-making across teams without direct authority
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CFA plus
Skills:
- Experience supporting operational functions beyond G&A, such as GTM or R&D
- Familiarity with Pigment or similar planning and modeling tools
- Prior experience leading cross-functional projects or process improvements in SaaS environments
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degrees or certifications such as MBA or CFA are advantageous
- 5+ years of strategic or operational finance experience in high-growth SaaS or tech companies
- Location:
Fully remote within PST hours, based in San Francisco or willing to work aligned hours - System proficiency: GSuite; experience with Pigment is a plus but not required
- This role is a contract position lasting approximately 2+ months with a strong possibility of converting to permanent placement
- Ability to start immediately and commit to PST work hours
