AiAuto / Virtual F&I is seeking a series of very talented F&I managers to facilitate F&I deliveries from client dealerships across the United States. Benefits of this position verses a typical F&I position include:
- Flexible working hours – F&I managers are able to customize their work hours to fit a better work / life balance.
- Remote F&I managers are only required to work 1 Saturday per month.
- Remote F&I managers are only responsible to work every 3rd holiday.
- F&I managers can take significantly more deliveries in a fraction of the time it would take to complete a deal in a traditional dealership. This is because of AiAuto’s state of the art proprietary in-house technology which automates much of the process. This allows F&I managers to make more money while working less hours.
- Future work from home opportunity is possible.
The Virtual F&I Manager will work directly with dealership personnel and customers from the Ai Auto corporate office in Parsippany to facilitate F&I transactions, present financing and protection products, ensure compliance, and maximize profitability. The ideal candidate is highly knowledgeable in automotive finance, service contracts, GAP, ancillary products, lender requirements, and F&I compliance.
Responsibilities- Manage and facilitate the F&I process remotely for automotive dealerships.
- Review customer credit applications and assist with identifying appropriate financing options.
- Work with dealership sales teams to transition customers smoothly into the F&I process.
- Present and explain financing options, payment structures, service contracts, GAP, and other F&I products.
- Effectively communicate the value and benefits of F&I products to customers.
- Structure deals while balancing customer needs, lender requirements, dealership objectives, and compliance considerations.
- Coordinate with lenders, dealerships, and other internal teams to ensure transactions are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Review and verify deal documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure all transactions comply with applicable federal and state regulations as well as company and dealership policies.
- Maintain strong relationships with dealership partners and serve as a trusted F&I resource.
- Assist dealerships with F&I process improvements, product penetration, and profitability.
- Track and manage deals through applicable CRM, DMS, lender, and F&I technology platforms.
- Resolve customer and dealership issues related to financing, contracts, products, and documentation. Qualifications
- 7-10+ years of automotive F&I experience in a high-volume dealership environment.
- Strong understanding of automotive financing and the dealership F&I process.
- Experience selling or presenting service contracts, GAP, maintenance products, and other ancillary F&I products.
- Strong knowledge of lender requirements, credit applications, deal structuring, and funding processes.
- Understanding of F&I compliance requirements and consumer protection regulations.
- Strong negotiation, sales, and presentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish credibility with customers and dealership personnel virtually.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable working independently in a corporate office environment taking deals virtually.
- Proficiency with DMS, CRM, lender portals, and other automotive technology platforms.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong technology capabilities.
- Must be able to provide a detailed F&I performance portfolio on PVR and product penetration.
Includes Draw Commissions. Estimated total comp range $180,000-$250,000.
