To be eligible for the Summer 2027 Internship Program, you must be a junior-standing candidate pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028. Candidates who successfully complete the internship program may have the opportunity to transition into a full‑time role at Raymond James following graduation.

Raymond James Bank's Private Client Banking (PCB) division supports the complex financial needs of clients by offering a comprehensive suite of lending and banking solutions, including Securities Based Lending (SBL), residential mortgages, tailored lending solutions and cash management products. PCB combines field-based Banking Consultants with Home Office sales, analytics, pricing, product management, risk, finance, and operational support teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes.

This internship provides exposure to multiple areas of the lending business, including advisor engagement, sales enablement, pricing strategy, product management, business intelligence, portfolio analytics, and strategic decision making. Interns will gain hands‑on experience supporting initiatives that drive growth, profitability, advisor adoption, and client engagement across the Securities Based Lending and Mortgage businesses.

Under general supervision, the Private Client Banking Strategy, Analytics & Sales Intern will support strategic initiatives across the Securities Based Lending (SBL), Mortgage, Margin, and Tailored Lending businesses. The intern will work closely with teams responsible for sales enablement, advisor support, education and engagement, pricing strategy, business analytics, portfolio management, product management, finance, and risk management.
