This is a leadership role built for an experienced CFP® leader who wants to stay connected to members while driving company-wide impact. This person will direct a high-performing pod of financial planners, serve as the internal subject matter expert for a key practice area, and partner directly with the Product, Marketing, and Compliance teams. They will also maintain a small, select member practice of 25-35 members to pilot new ideas and model best practices for their team.

• Guide a dedicated team of CFP® professionals, coaching them on both technical mastery and the human side of financial planning- helping them build deep trust and deliver clear, actionable advice.
• Serve as the internal lead and authority on a specific planning domain, turning your team's expertise into scalable frameworks, teaching tools, and firm-wide best practices.
• Serve as the lead Planning representative in cross-functional discussions with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Compliance to ensure our tools and client communications match actual planning realities.
• Manage a small book of 25-35 client relationships (~15% of time) to test new practice initiatives, run live demonstration sessions, and keep an understanding of the member experience.

• CFP® designation required.
• 10+ years of comprehensive financial planning experience, along with 5+ years of direct leadership experience guiding high-performing planning teams.
• Demonstrated ability to turn complex planning concepts into simple, practical frameworks that scale across an organization.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of resolving complex organizational challenges constructively and diplomatically.
