This role offers a mix of hands-on financial tasks, such as payroll, budgeting, and cost management, along with administrative responsibilities that keep our operations running smoothly. • Collaborate with the Inventory Manager, HR Manager, and CCO on key financial tasks such as bill payments, payroll, and financial records.
• Ensure accurate and organized financial documentation, adhering to company policies.
• Assist in preparing insightful financial reports.
• Administrative Tasks:
  Support cross-functional projects by completing critical tasks.
• Handle data entry, updates, and maintenance in spreadsheets and databases.
• Draft, format, and proofread documents, reports, and agreements precisely.
• Gain hands-on experience in finance operations and grow your knowledge of budgeting, cost management, and audits.
• Learn from our seasoned finance team and take on increasing ownership of tasks.
