Opportunity is not work from home/remote and requires a bachelor’s degree level of education. Education verification will be conducted to verify degree.

Qualified candidates MUST have a bachelor’s degree (4-year degree), will reside near Alpharetta, have reliable transportation, at least 6+ months’ work experience, and committed to working in an office setting. Please note this is not a work from home/remote position. Company has an excellent training program, so previous finance/banking experience is not required.

Job Duties

• Review and prepare contract packages
• Accurate data entry when applicable
• Package verification-verify accuracy of forms and signatures
• Correction of client errors and follow-up
• Process check requisitions and perform research as needed
• Adhere to appropriate compliance policies and procedures
• Provide support and assistance via phone, email and/or scanning/faxing

Desired Skill Set

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year degree) is required
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Teams)
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Friendliness, tact, efficiency, organization, patience, and the ability to work well under pressure and deadlines are keys to success in this position
• Accuracy is essential to comply with federal & state lending and documentation requirements so good attention to detail is needed
• Must be detail oriented, process oriented, and self-motivated
• Eager to learn, positive attitude, and flexibility are also important
• Customer Service and/or financial background is a plus
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is a huge plus

Work Schedule

• Monday through Friday 8 AM – 5 PM
• Some scheduled Saturdays and overtime as needed, and would be mandatory to work
• Must be flexible, schedule may change with business needs
