This full-time Financial Advisor role is a hybrid position based in Hollywood, FL, combining in-office collaboration with some work-from-home flexibility. The Financial Advisor will meet with prospective and existing clients to assess their financial goals, analyze current financial situations, and develop tailored financial plans. Day-to-day responsibilities include recommending investment strategies, retirement planning solutions, insurance products, and other financial instruments aligned with client needs.

The role involves building and maintaining a strong client portfolio, conducting regular reviews, and ensuring plans adapt to life changes and market conditions. The Financial Advisor will also stay current with industry trends and regulations, collaborate with internal teams and partners, and participate in business development activities such as networking and community outreach.

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Financial Planning and Financial Advisory for individuals, families, and business owners.
• Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Finance and Investments and be able to explain options clearly to clients.
• Candidates should possess experience in Retirement Planning and related long-term income strategies.
• Candidates should possess the ability to conduct thorough financial analyses and present recommendations in a clear, client-focused manner.
• Relevant licenses (such as FINRA securities licenses and state life/health insurance licenses) or a strong willingness and ability to obtain them within a defined timeframe.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in financial services.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills, with a commitment to ethical, client-first advising.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple client relationships and projects in a hybrid work environment.
• Comfort with technology, CRM systems, and financial planning software; fluency in additional languages is a plus.
