Director of Treasury - Strategy & Capital Management

Steven Douglas is exclusively partnering with a large Florida-based financial services organization on a Director of Treasury Strategy & Capital Management search. Reporting to the VP of Treasury, this role owns enterprise liquidity, cash forecasting, debt compliance, and capital planning — and it's genuinely strategic rather than transactional. You'd be building rolling cash forecasts across all legal entities, leading covenant reporting and lender relationships, evaluating financing alternatives, and preparing materials that go to executive leadership and the board.

• Work alongside the VP of Treasury to shape and execute liquidity and capital strategy, both near-term and long-range
• Own cash forecasting and liquidity planning across the enterprise, spanning multiple entities
• Run debt compliance end to end — covenant calculations, reporting obligations, and lender communications
• Evaluate capital adequacy and liquidity risk, bringing recommendations to senior leadership
• Evaluate financing alternatives and support debt issuance, refinancing, and capital markets transactions
• Lead and develop one direct report

• Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (equivalent experience considered)
• 7+ years in corporate treasury, capital management, banking, or a related role
• 3+ years specifically in cash forecasting, liquidity management, debt administration, or capital planning
• Hands-on experience with debt compliance, covenant reporting, credit facilities, financing transactions, or lender relationships strongly preferred
• CTP, CPA, or CFA preferred
