Remote Investment Banker

About the Role

Our client is seeking a driven and experienced Investment Banker to join their fully remote team. This role is critical for advising clients on mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising activities. You will leverage your expertise to build financial models, conduct valuation analyses, and prepare client presentations, all while working from your chosen location. • Develop sophisticated financial models , including discounted cash flow (DCF), LBO, and M&A models, for client advisory services.
• Conduct comprehensive company and industry research, valuation analyses, and market assessments.
• Prepare high-quality pitch books, client presentations, and transaction marketing materials.
• Manage deal processes, from origination through closing, coordinating with clients, legal counsel, and other advisors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, identifying new business opportunities.
• Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and economic conditions impacting the financial markets.

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field; MBA or CFA preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or private equity.
• Proven track record in advising on M&A, capital raising, or other complex financial transactions.
• Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in preparing detailed financial reports.
• Proficiency in financial databases and modeling software.
