Doeren Mayhew in Troy, MI is seeking a Manager or Senior Manager to lead the tax consulting practice of the Transaction Advisory Services Group. This role focuses on the tax aspects of M&A transactions, including due diligence and post-close tax planning. It can be performed remotely with occasional travel to the office.
The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, and CPA or JD required.
