Mountain America Credit Union seeks a Consumer Loan Servicing Specialist to handle inbound calls and assist with loan modifications, questions, and adjustments for auto, Visa, student and home equity loans. This full-time role is fully remote within the MACU footprint.
You will maintain knowledge of MACU loan products, process corrections in Symitar, handle payoff requests, and provide education on servicing regulations while delivering excellent member service.
