Sr. Disability Finance Analyst (Remote - Anywhere in the U.S.)
Join our team as a Sr. Disability Finance Analyst! We're looking for a detail-oriented finance professional with disability industry experience to support financial operations, payment processes, and reporting initiatives.
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years of experience with a TPA or insurance carrier in the disability industry
- 5+ years of disability payment and financial operations experience
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Advanced Excel and computer skills
- Experience with general ledger accounting and financial reporting
- Knowledge of online accounting systems and securities transaction tax processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Disability tax and/or disability industry knowledge preferred
- Proven ability to influence and lead others toward common goals
