Monarch Money is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to scale the finance function, reporting to the Head of FP&A. You will own the planning cadence, support annual budget and quarterly forecasts, and partner with Accounting on monthly reporting and variance analysis.
You will align departmental financial plans across Growth, Product, Engineering, People, and CS, translating complex data into actionable insights for non-finance leaders. A hands-on builder mindset is essential.
