We are looking for an exceptional Payroll Specialist to oversee payroll activities for Philippines and Korea
, ensuring full compliance with all statutory requirements, accurate processing, and timely submission of government reports. This role will also support payroll operations for other Asia Pacific countries including Singapore, Australia, Japan, and India
.

A key responsibility of this role is to collect, validate, and record all employee changes impacting payroll
, ensuring all supporting documentation is complete, accurate, and saved in the respective payroll processing folders.

The Payroll Specialist will play a key role in the global payroll transformation
, partnering with ADP during the payroll transition and actively participating in the Workday–ADP Celergo integration during Wave 2. This individual will also serve as a primary contact for employee payroll inquiries, ensuring resolution within a 24-hour SLA
, and will collaborate closely with stakeholders across the globe

In this role, you will also be responsible to:

Payroll Administration (Philippines & Korea focus; APAC support)

• End-to-end processing of payroll for the Philippines and Korea
  , ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with statutory and company policies.

• Manage payroll activities for additional APAC locations:
  Singapore, Australia, Japan, and India
  .

• Ensure full compliance with statutory requirements including government reporting, contributions, remittances, year-end tax or annualization activities, and other regulatory filings.

• Resolve issues and discrepancies with government agencies related to payroll, taxes, and statutory contributions.

• Provide summarized payroll reports, immediately after payroll is approved, to the General Accounting team.

• Act as main point of contact for any clarification and/or calculation required by the General Accounting team supporting the payroll report numbers, coordinate with the payroll provider as required.

• Act as main point of contact during statutory audit, for all payroll related support required.

Government Relations & Statutory Compliance

• Liaise with agencies such as SSS, Phil Health, Pag-IBIG, BIR
  , and Korea statutory bodies (e.g.,
