** JOB SUMMARY
** Perform specialized loan fulfillment activities to improve Operational efficiency and accuracy.
** PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES*
* · Process tax transcript requests and receipts.
· Order and process title commitments to meet mortgage needs
· Obtain and process flood certificates
· Work with insurance company to obtain copies of necessary homeowner’s insurance policies needed to meet investor’s needs.
· Organize and prepare documents for delivery to customer while maintaining the security and confidentiality of all documents.
· Contact customer employers to confirm the necessary information needed for loan approval and closing.
· Validate customer and third-party ability to participate in government sponsored activities such as a mortgage loan.
· Perform other tasks and special projects as needed.
· Achieve established productivity and service level agreement objectives.
· Perform with a high level of quality and attention to detail.

** REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE**
* ** Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
**** REQUIRED SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE*
* · Previous administrative skills
· Data entry experience
· Previous mortgage experience a plus
· Phone skills
· Attention to detail

* · This is a hybrid position, combining both in-office and remote work, allowing for flexibility while maintaining collaboration and productivity
** Salary: $22.00 hourly depending upon experience.
** This position is also eligible for an annual bonus based on the successful completion of defined performance objectives.  In addition to up to 9 paid company holidays per year, employees are eligible for up to 6 days of sick pay. Moreover, eligible employees with less than 10 years of service can accrue up to 17 PTO days per year (and up to 22 PTO days per year upon 10 or more years of service).
