We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Operations Associate! The Sr. Operations Associate drives cross-departmental collaboration, educates advisors on performance methodologies, supports operational data integrity for reporting, and resolves platform-related data issues. Key duties include maintaining account, asset, transaction, strategy, model, reporting only households, security classification, and target allocation coding on the platform; performing data quality audits; improving processes; and applying firm policies across portfolio accounting and web platforms.

This is a Remote position.

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $70,000 to $80,000, exclusive of bonuses and benefits.

• Data Integrity and Platform Support Gain a complete knowledge of operational data and platform capabilities as they relate to other departments, including composites, trading, transactions, billing, web-based platforms, and performance data.
• Educates advisors on performance calculations in comparison to other methods used in the industry.
• Partner with advisors and internal conversion teams to build and maintain custom queries.
• Maintain and validate platform data to support accurate platform data in the portfolio accounting system and downstream processes.
• Perform data quality audits to identify coding gaps, incomplete setup, and inconsistencies impacting operational accuracy.
• Execute recurring processes and audits to ensure platform data is complete, accurate, and maintained in accordance with firm standards.
• Troubleshoot data issues; collaborate with other departments to respond to inquiries and ensure operational data accuracy and regulatory compliance.

• Provide internal “customer” support, quickly responding to a high volume of time sensitive questions and requests from multiple internal teams.
• Provide assistance and guidance for projects affecting cost basis, tax reporting, performance, composites, Orion connect, trading, billing, and reporting.
• Cross-train in support of other areas of Operations as needed.

• High School degree (or equivalent) required; post high school degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working at a financial services firm handling data integrity and performance projects in operations preferred
• Knowledge and understanding of performance reporting with regards to Time Weighted Return, Dollar Weighted Return and how transaction data will impact reporting of these performance methods is preferred.
• Comfortable working with portfolio accounting/management and CRM systems
• Orion Advisor Technology and/or Salesforce experience is preferred
• Knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft Office, Excel is required
• Strong Verbal and written communication
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Solid analytical skills; attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to effectively use AI tools and technologies in daily work tasks.…
