Financial Manager
National Domestic Workers Alliance (NDWA) seeks a Director of Finance to provide strategic financial oversight for its 501(c)(3) entity. The role leads budgeting, grants management, forecasting, and reporting, working with the VP, Finance and cross-functional teams to ensure financial health and compliance under GAAP.
The position supervises finance staff, coordinates with Care in Action, and drives financial policies to support NDWA’s mission of dignified, secure work for domestic workers.
