FP&A Manager Remote | Specialty Insurance We are partnered with a growing speciality insurance business seeking an FP&A Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and management reporting.

This is a highly visible role partnering with Finance, Accounting, Actuarial, Distribution, and senior leadership to turn complex financial data into clear, actionable insight.

Key Responsibilities Lead annual budgeting, strategic planning, and rolling forecasts.

Provide financial analysis across insurance operations and business performance.

Own monthly management reporting, variance analysis, and financial insights.

Partner with senior leadership on strategic and ad hoc analysis.

Support monthly close and financial reporting.

Work cross-functionally across U.S. and international Finance teams.

Improve FP&A processes, reporting, controls, and automation.

Support planning system implementation and the use of AI and digital tools to improve Finance processes.

Requirements5-7+ years of FP&A or financial analysis experience.
2+ years in a Manager or Lead-level capacity.

Strong financial modelling and advanced Excel skills.

Experience presenting financial results to senior leadership.

Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Insurance, speciality insurance, or reinsurance industry experience is mandatory.
