Wealth Planning Associate

WHO are we looking for?

CAPTRUST is seeking a Wealth Planning Associate who will work directly with our wealth advisory teams to provide client and prospective client wealth management solutions. This includes support of our centralized financial planning model, onboarding new offices onto our wealth planning platform, executive financial planning, financial planning workflows, and continually developing strategies and solutions to better serve our clients. Primary responsibilities may include the following, among others:

• Support the transition of client’s financial planning data into our system,eMoney, specifically the data ofclientsfrom new CAPTRUSToffices
• Data entry in eMoney will be critical
• Support business development activities
• Learn and become fluent ine Money
• Learn and develop financial planning knowledge and skills
• Assistwithtraining our wealth team one Moneyand our financial planning approach
• Will work closely with financial advisors, client service, and peers on the Wealth Planning team
• Contribute to new research,projectinitiativesand ad hoc projects within required deadlines
• Support of CAPTRUST’s centralized financial planning process and Executive Advice Service
• May work, when necessary, beyond normal working hours

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience

Desired Qualifications/

Skills:

• Technology savvy,proficient with Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of or exposure toe Moneyor similar financial planning software
• Desire to pursue CFPdesignation
• Experience at a wealth management or financial planning advisory firm
• Strong communication skills, both written andverbal
• Strong interpersonal skills, includes being polished, courteous, professional, and patient
• Good organizational skills such as multi-tasking, adapting priorities, and meeting deadlines
