- Lead a team of 13–15 Fraud Associates in a remote, fast-paced financial services environment.

Responsibilities:
- Coach and develop team members through one-on-ones and performance reviews.
- Analyze dashboards and trends to drive efficiency, accuracy, and turnaround.
- Act as escalation point for complex or sensitive fraud cases.
Requirements:
- 3+ years leading customer operations, risk, or fraud teams.
- Strong data interpretation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel 4–6 times per year for onsite meetings.
