- Safeguard regulatory integrity across marketing, lending, and operations.
- Serve as the point person for compliance reviews, audits, and bank partner inquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Review marketing collateral for compliance with consumer protection and advertising regulations.
- Monitor federal and state regulations governing consumer lending and servicing.
- Provide audit responses and leverage tools like Alloy, Perform Line, and AI.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of consumer lending compliance experience in fintech or banking.
- Hands-on experience with marketing compliance, complaint tracking, and audit support.
- Strong knowledge of TILA, ECOA, UDAAP, FCRA, BSA/AML, and Red Flags.
Bonus Points:
- Experience working with bank partners in a compliance capacity.
- CRCM or other relevant compliance certifications.
