Head of Tax; Fully Remote

• Report directly to the Global Controller and lead the company’s global tax function.
• Serve as the primary tax subject-matter expert, partnering with Finance, Legal, Treasury, and Product.

• Own global tax compliance, including U.S. federal, state, and international filings.
• Lead tax planning, transfer pricing, and intercompany arrangements.
• Manage tax authority inquiries, audits, and disputes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA/Master’s in Taxation preferred.
• 8-10+ years of tax experience, with strong knowledge of ASC 740 and international tax.
• Experience in fintech, financial services, or digital-assets preferred.
