We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our team.. This role will support financial operations and planning during a temporary leave of absence and play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, and financial close activities.
This is a hybrid role, requiring in-office presence on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, with remote work the remainder of the week.
- Own the forecasting and budgeting process for the Portable Speakers category
- Conduct variance analysis and provide insightful commentary on financial performance
- Support the month-end close process and ensure accuracy in reporting
- Review financial charges and determine accrual needs for missing invoices
- Extract, manipulate, and analyze data from SAP to support business decisions
- Provide direction and oversight to the team’s financial analyst (no direct people management)
- Collaborate with internal business partners; no formal presentations required
- 5–8 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or related roles
- Proficient in SAP – must be comfortable extracting and working with data tables
- Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and data analysis
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Effective communicator with the ability to work across teams and time zones
