Customer Success Manager; Fully Remote

About the Role:

• You'll manage a handful of customers and act as their stakeholder within Sardine.
• You'll collaborate daily with risk analytics, data science, integrations, and product teams.
• You'll help customers maximize the value of our fraud, payments, and compliance products.

What You'll Do:

• Be the primary point of contact, addressing day-to-day and big-picture challenges.
• Translate complex problems into simple, actionable solutions for customers.
• Build and communicate KPIs, while providing strategic analysis for long-term expansion.

What You'll Need:

• 7+ years in Account Management, Customer Success, or Risk Management in B2B SaaS.
• Domain experience in fraud, compliance, fintech, AML/KYC, or payments is highly preferred.
• Strong presentation, project management, and analytical skills to drive outcomes.
