Junior Finance & Operations Specialist; Fully Remote

• This is a fully remote Junior Finance & Operations Specialist position based in Portugal.
• You will gain hands-on experience across finance, accounting, payroll, and day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

• Collect, review, and archive supplier invoices; prepare and monitor outgoing invoices; track payments and follow up on overdue receivables.
• Prepare monthly payslips, verify payroll information, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
• Assist the Chief Accountant with bookkeeping, maintain the fixed asset register, and support administrative finance tasks.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in finance, accounting, or operations; final-year students and recent grads with a Finance background are welcome.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Upper-intermediate English (B2) and proficiency with finance tools; SAP FI is required.
• Fully remote work arrangement and exposure to international, cross-functional teams.
• Practical experience in invoicing, receivables, payroll administration, and financial documentation.
