Payment Operations Associate; Fully Remote

• We are looking for an office-savvy Payment Operations Associate to support our Business Operations Department.
• This role helps clients settle unsecured debt by working with creditors, agencies, and law offices.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily settlement pipeline and exception reporting.
• Communicate with creditors and agencies to clear payment exceptions.
• Scan and attach documents to client accounts in Salesforce.

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree preferred or 3-5 years of experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, and Outlook.
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
