Card & Online Banking Operations

Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute daily operational processes for credit card, debit card, and online banking systems.
• Provide assistance to Account Officers in fulfilling client requests by providing timely support.
• Input and oversee transaction processing, system reconciliations, and issue resolution to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Work closely with IT, compliance, risk management, and customer service teams to address operational challenges.
• Work with external vendors and third-party service providers to provide support for card and online banking services.
• Assist in fraud detection, prevention, and resolution efforts by monitoring suspicious card activities and working with fraud team.
• Prepare daily reports on credit and debit card usage, providing the necessary back up for prior day operational actions and resolution.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and regulatory reviews.
• Act as a subject matter expert for internal queries related to card and online banking operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred but not required
• 1+ years of experience in banking operations, with a strong background in managing credit cards, debit cards, or online banking processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using banking software and operational systems.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and manage time effectively.
