Finance Manager

Heartland Fund is seeking a Finance Manager. For a thoughtful, mission-driven professional, this position is an exciting opportunity to support new systems and processes in a rapidly growing grantmaking organization and ever changing compliance environment. Heartland Fund's Finance Manager supports the organization's financial operations through accurate transaction processing, payroll administration, accounts payable support, cash receipts recording, and maintenance of complete financial records.

We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized professional who can manage monthly accounting responsibilities, maintain accuracy across multiple processes, and support timely financial reporting and operational effectiveness. The successful candidate will be collaborative and able to manage priorities and deadlines in a remote work environment.
