M&A Tax Senior Associate

Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 per year

This is a hands-on, deal-focused role for someone who thrives in the technical and strategic side of M&A tax and wants more ownership over client outcomes and transaction work.

• Lead tax due diligence and structuring work across domestic and cross-border M&A transactions
• Build and review transaction tax models
• Advise private equity, corporate, and strategic clients throughout the deal lifecycle
• Review and prepare technical tax analyses and memoranda
• Partner directly with senior leadership on client strategy, deal execution, and new business opportunities
• Review merger agreements and transaction documents from a tax perspective
• Support financial modeling and transaction-related tax projections
• Mentor and develop junior team members while staying actively involved in client work

• Experience in M&A / transactional tax (Big
  4)
• Deep experience in tax due diligence, structuring, and transaction advisory work
• Strong understanding of domestic and international tax issues in M&A

• Highly deal-centric role with direct client ownership
• Exposure to sophisticated M&A transactions across industries and jurisdictions

• Strong compensation positioning relative to traditional Big 4 / Big Law track
