This full-time Independent Sales Contractor role involves delivering financial education, managing sales processes, and supporting clients in achieving their financial goals. Responsibilities include providing high-quality customer service, offering customized solutions, conducting client consultations, and expanding client portfolios through sales of financial products. The individual will also provide training to clients and team members to grow the business. This is a hybrid role based in Waimea, HI, offering flexibility to work from home for a portion of the week.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients
• Proven Sales and Sales Management experience to drive business and achieve targets
• Experience in Training and mentoring team members to foster growth and development
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
• Proficiency with technology and digital tools in a client-focused setting
• Experience in financial services or related industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education or certifications in finance/management preferred
