Senior Tax Manager; Fully Remote

• Oversee U.S. federal, state, and local tax compliance, plus sales and use tax and international indirect taxes.
• Coordinate tax provision support and annual filings with external tax firms.

• Partner with Accounting leadership to establish tax frameworks for new markets.
• Coordinate entity formation, registrations, and compliance in Canada, Mexico, and future jurisdictions.

• Develop and maintain tax policies, internal controls, and documentation.
• Manage tax notices, audits, and regulatory examinations across all jurisdictions.

• Drive automation and optimize Taxware and Net Suite for tax processes.
• Build reporting and dashboards to improve compliance visibility.
