Overview

- The role supports DLA Piper's national capital markets and public company advisory practice, which focuses on life science, technology, and digital asset verticals for innovative issuer and underwriter clients.
- Requires experience working with large cap and mid cap public companies on periodic reporting, proxy statements, and Section 13 and Section 16 filings.
- Demands strong knowledge of the Securities Act of 1933 and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as well as Nasdaq and New York Stock Exchange listing and governance requirements.
- The position operates on a hybrid model, requiring regular in-office presence with some flexibility for work-from-home.
