The Vice President of Finance will serve as the financial architect of BIOS Homes, guiding the company through rapid growth while ensuring fiscal stability and ethical integrity. This executive will design and oversee financial systems that support modular housing sales, global purchasing, and innovative financing tools — including the BIOS Coin initiative and the ETHOS Fund

You will manage budgets, investor relations, and compliance, while helping BIOS scale from a pioneering brokerage into a global enterprise. As part of the executive team, you’ll play a central role in raising capital, structuring deals, and building financial models that change the future of housing.
Responsibilities- Develop and oversee BIOS Homes’ financial strategy across all divisions.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to support global operations.
- Establish robust financial reporting, accounting, and compliance systems.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and capital allocation to ensure sustainability.
- Partner with the CEO and executive team on fundraising and investor relations.
- Oversee financial aspects of purchasing, supply chain, and modular project financing.
- Support the development of BIOS Coin and the ETHOS Fund as innovative finance vehicles.
- Recruit and build a world-class finance team (controllers, analysts, compliance officers).
- Monitor global economic, regulatory, and tax landscapes to mitigate risks.
