Xactus is seeking an Account Setup Coordinator who will be responsible for the accurate and timely configuration and activation of client accounts and associated features within the company’s proprietary system. This role supports both initial onboarding and post-onboarding activities, including the addition of new products, sub-accounts, and loan officer accounts. The Coordinator will follow established procedures to set up vendor-level subscriber codes and ensure access is granted in compliance with internal protocols and client specifications.

The position requires strong attention to detail, system navigation skills, and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and service excellence.

This is a full-time remote/work-from-home position. Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm EST.
