The Revenue Analyst I is an entry-level analytical role responsible for supporting revenue operations through data analysis, reporting, revenue reconciliation, trend identification, and issue resolution. This position assists in monitoring revenue performance, researching discrepancies, and providing operational support to ensure accurate financial outcomes and compliance with organizational standards.

• Research and resolve moderate to highly complex billing, claim processing, and reimbursement issues
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather information needed to resolve revenue-related issues
• Analyze recurring issues and identify patterns impacting revenue and/or operational excellence
• Support implementation of process improvements designed to increase efficiency and accuracy
• Interpret and analyze data with a high level of accuracy and efficiently document findings
• Ensure confidentiality of all patient accounts by following HIPAA guidelines
• Ensure adherence to departmental policies and consistently meets level I key performance indicators for all assigned tasks
• Performs other duties as assigned

• High School Diploma and 2 years’ professional experience required
• College degree and medical billing experience preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to interpret and analyze data with a high level of accuracy
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to efficiently manage multiple priorities and meet established deadlines
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Basic understanding of HIPAA policies and procedures
• Proficiency with MS Office Products

This is a remote position with the expectation that employees will comply with the PBIRS Return-to-Office Policy, which requires in-office attendance once per month for those residing within 35 miles of the Conshohocken office.

Employees must maintain a suitable workspace that is free from excessive noise and distractions, as this role requires regular telephone interaction and professional communication.
