Stord is seeking a Collections Specialist to own collections for a defined set of accounts, pro-actively managing due dates and cash flow. You will collaborate with AR & Cash Operations and the Credit & Collection Manager, while leveraging Net Suite and related tools to keep aging in check.
You’ll build strong customer relationships, document every touch, and help drive key metrics like DSO and time-to-resolution while traveling to our Atlanta HQ when required.
