  • Monitor task order funding, expenditures, commitments, and available balances by CLIN, contract period, task, and cost category.

  • Prepare spend plans, funding-status reports, financial dashboards, and other decision-support products for program leadership.
  • Develop financial inputs for Monthly Status Reports, Program Management Reviews, Project Management Plan updates, and other recurring program deliverables.
  • Track planned and actual expenditures and identify funding, schedule, or performance variances requiring management attention.
  • Prepare draft invoice backup documentation and reconcile supporting data before submission for Government review and approval.
  • Validate invoice charges against the applicable contract period, CLIN, labor category, rate, quantity, and supporting documentation.
  • Support electronic invoice preparation and submission through the Government-designated invoicing system.
  • Track current-period and cumulative invoicing, subcontracted amounts, billed costs, remaining balances, and final-invoice status.
  • Maintain detailed tracking for tools, travel, and other direct costs, including purchase documentation, approvals, incurred costs, and cumulative amounts invoiced.
  • Support Requests to Initiate Purchase, Consent to Purchase requests, and Travel Authorization Requests.
  • Track whether proposed purchases are commercial or non-commercial items or services and maintain supporting commerciality records.
  • Coordinate with contracts, accounting, finance, procurement, task leads, and subcontractors to validate financial data and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain financial data supporting Task Order Management Portal dashboards, management reports, and approval workflows.
  • Establish and maintain consistent financial-control procedures, templates, logs, and reconciliation processes.
  • Support funding and financial-data transitions during transition-in and transition-out activities.
  • Analyze financial trends and communicate potential funding shortfalls, overruns, underruns, invoicing delays, and other risks to program leadership.
  • Maintain organized, complete, and auditable financial records in accordance with contract and company requirements.
  • Protect sensitive Government, corporate, personnel, and financial information.
