What You'll Do:
- Coach staff, monitor metrics, and implement process improvements.
- Partner with Compliance, Legal, Quality, and Operations.
Qualifications:
- 6-8 years mortgage servicing and 5+ years leadership.
- Strong knowledge of loss mitigation and mortgage systems.
