Head of Investment Strategy

Our client is seeking a visionary and highly experienced Head of Investment Strategy to lead their investment decision-making processes. You will be responsible for developing and articulating the firm's overarching investment philosophy, identifying key market opportunities, and guiding asset allocation across diverse investment vehicles.

• Develop, refine, and implement the firm's strategic investment framework and asset allocation policies.
• Conduct thorough macroeconomic research and analysis to identify investment themes and opportunities.
• Provide thought leadership and strategic guidance to portfolio managers and investment committees.
• Communicate complex investment strategies and market outlooks to internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee risk management for the overall investment portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative discipline; CFA charter is mandatory.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in investment management, strategy, or research, with significant leadership experience.
