- Execute financial foreclosure documents per Federal Compliance standards and prepare loans for sheriff's sale.
- Calculate bidding instructions for nationwide foreclosure sales and review HAMP certifications.
- Support internal staff and provide status updates to management regarding foreclosure loans.
- High School Diploma or equivalent with 2-5 years of foreclosure or mortgage default experience.
- Knowledge of mortgage banking, RESPA, FFDCPA, GLBA, and federal/state foreclosure laws.
- Strong PC skills including advanced Word, Excel, Access, and mortgage loan software.
