Position: ON-CALL Grants Management Financial Specialist - Victim Service portfolio (REMOTE ROLE)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Assess financial and grant management tools used by federal grantees
  • Deliver customized training and technical assistance to enhance financial management practices
  • Provide subject matter expertise in developing innovative tools and resources
  • Plan and facilitate virtual webinars and workshops to raise awareness of financial management requirements
  • Apply knowledge of national trends and best practices in program implementation
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting from an accredited institution
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in financial management, accounting, or federal grants management
  • U.S. citizenship required by federal government contract
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust security clearance prior to start date
  • Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience providing technical assistance to American Indian/Alaska Native communities or U.S. Territories
  • Proven ability to manage direct technical assistance services and evaluate training curricula
  • Demonstrated success in managing federal client relationships
  • Customer‑service orientation with experience working with federal/state grantees
  • Proficiency in virtual meeting platforms such as MS Teams, Zoom, and Webex
