Duties
- Shares responsibility with the Service Division Chief for the coordination and integration of various policy issues, technical guidance, and program activities.
- Develops a 5-year Sustainment, Restoration and Modernization (SRM) budget for sites assigned for use in program management development.
- Ensures the coordination of the inspection and repair schedules with Inventory Management, Distribution, the Military Service Control Points (SCPs), and the DLA Energy Regional Commands.
- Researches and applies a wide range of qualitative and quantitative methods to identify, analyze, and improve branch and program effectiveness, efficiency, and work products.
- Provides advice and expertise to DLA Energy Senior Leadership regarding the execution of their SRM functional responsibilities.
- Plans, programs, budgets, manages and executes the Recurring Maintenance and Minor Repair (RMMR) portion of the DLA Energy SRM Program.
- Exercises supervisory responsibilities, including evaluating the work performance of employees, providing counsel related to work and administrative matters, and identifying developmental and training areas.

To qualify for a Supervisory Logistics Management Specialist, your resume and supporting documentation must support:
A. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position and is directly in or related to this position. To qualify at the GS-14 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military, or private sector.
