Test Valley Borough Council in Hampshire is seeking a Housing Options Officer to help prevent homelessness across the borough. The role covers Andover and Romsey, with in-depth housing assessments and investigations for applicants.
You will support Ukrainian and refugee families as needed, manage a caseload, and ensure legal responsibilities are met in a busy, pressured environment. The post is 37 hours per week, a 12-month temporary contract, with some home working flexibility.
